1) From Loop 410-If traveling westbound on Loop 410 you will exit Blanco/San Pedro. Turn right (north) on Blanco. Continue on Blanco passing Toys R Us on the right and Eisenhower Jr. High on the left. Cross over West Avenue and you will see HEB on the left and Churchill High School on the on the left. Timbermill will then be the 2nd community on the left hand side. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home. 2) From Loop 1604: If traveling east on Loop 1604 you will exit Blanco. There will be a HEB and a Jim's on the right hand side. Make a right (south) on Blanco Rd and follow. You will pass a Sonic on the left had side and proceed down passing Bitters Road. You will then see Wurzbach Parkway and pass it. Timbermill is the 2nd community on the right hand side. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home.
